Virginia’s Public Policy Experts Ranked in the top 20 percent of graduate schools of public affairs by U.S. News & World Report, the Wilder School changes public decision-making around racial and social equity by providing government, nonprofits, and public and private organizations with evidence-based research, training and resources. Our Center for Public Policy emphasizes the critical values of inclusion in public practice and provides expertise through leadership development, impact analysis, survey insights and program evaluation. Additionally, the Minority Political Leadership Institute (housed in the Grace E.
